Brichil liquid brine chillers are ideally suited to the requirements of small winemakers.  With the ability to be easily expanded as a winery’s needs develop, Brichil chillers have been acclaimed by many winemakers for their flexibility and accurate control of refrigeration during all stages of the wine making process.

Ranging in capacity from 6kW to 100kW, Brichil systems can cater for annual fruit crushes of up to 500 tonnes.
